Lost or Delayed Packages

RETURN POLICY
House of Estilos is happy to issue a store credit, exchange, or refund for all original-priced items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in their original unused condition, including original tags attached.
All SALE, additional sale, and discounted items are FINAL SALE, which means there will be No Returns and Exchanges for all items on sale.
All PRE-ORDERS are FINAL SALE.
Return Eligibility
* Items should be returned within 5 days after delivery for a full refund.
* Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

EXCHANGES
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification that we've received your returned item.
