Refund policy

RETURN POLICY
Due to nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not allowed if products fits the order specifications. However, exchanges may be accepted for items subject to the terms and condition below:
- We will agree to exchange any purchased product for another product of equal value, if the product is returned within 72hours. If 72 hours has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cant offer you an exchange.

ELIGIBILTY FOR RETURN
-   Items must be unused and in same condition as you received it.
-   It must be in original packaging, hang tags and labels must be intact.
-   To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
-   We must receive the product before an exchange can be made.
In a case where any of the conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.
-  Shipping cost is not refundable.

- You will be responsible for paying your shipping cost for returning your item.
-  When shipping your item, you should consider using a trackable shipping platform
-  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for lost packages

EXCHANGES
Once your return is recieved and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed immediately.
