Shipping and Delivery

All orders (local and international) are shipped with DHL and are fully trackableNote: DHL will not deliver on bank holidays. Kindly note, during busy sale periods, order processing may take slighly longer. Please note: For both Nigeria and international orders, delivery may sometimes experience some delay due to situations beyond our control. For example: Custom delays, adverse weather conditions or unexpected increase in demand. Our customer service team shall update you if there are any changes as regards your order.

NOTE

We ship worldwide via DHL. All international price listed are for 0-2 kg, in case the items you purchased weighs more than 2kg we will give you a call or send an email as regards the new shipping price.

RETURN POLICY

Due to nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not allowed. However, exchanges may be accepted for items subject to the terns and condition below. 

  • We will agree to exchange any purchased product for another product of equal value if the product is returned within 72 hours. If 72 hours has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
 

ELIGIBILTY FOR RETURN

  • Item(S) must be unused and in same condition as you received it.
  • It must be in original packaging, hang tags and labels must be intact.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
  • We must receive the product before an exchange can be made. In a case where any of the
    conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.
  • Shipping cost are not refundable.

  • You will be responsible for paying your shipping cost for returning your item. When shipping your item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing a shipping insurance.
  • We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for lost packages.
 

EXCHANGES

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have
received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.
